-Arrears and Current Tax Year 2014 has been settled.<br>
-The owner has made application Form I (Transfer)<br>
-Owners are given incentives, tax reduction (remission) are not eligible to participate.<br>
-The deadline for the lucky draw on August 30, 2014.
