Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) has received a benchmarking visit from the Information Technology Department, Kulai Municipal Council (MPKu) led by Ts. Hajah Shahida binti Haji Ahmad, MPKu Information Technology Officer. This visit involves a session of sharing best practices in information technology environment management.
This visit aims to understand more deeply about the approach and best practices implemented by MBIP in strengthening the information technology management system, in addition to opening up a space for sharing experiences and ideas between the two parties.
This visit is expected to be a platform for sharing knowledge and experience towards improving the efficiency of service delivery as well as the development of more efficient and sustainable information technology.
