The Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) has organized a Briefing on Strengthening the Management of Attendance and Leave of Contract Level Staff in 2026 which was held at the MBIP Auditorium. This program has involved a total of 350 contract-level staff to improve understanding of attendance management procedures, leave and compliance with service rules and procedures currently in force. The briefing was delivered by Mrs. Hairulnisha binti Rabon, Chief Assistant Secretary, Service Unit and Mrs. Siti Maslizah binti Md Yusof, Assistant Officer, Promotion and Discipline Unit, Human Resource Management Division, Johor Government Secretary's Office.
The organization of this program is expected to strengthen the level of discipline, integrity and a more systematic and effective work culture among MBIP employees.
