INTEGRATED OPERATION OF INSPECTION OF RISKY PREMISES
AROUND THE MAIN SILK PARK AREA
The Enforcement Department of the Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) has carried out an integrated operation of risky premises together with the Johor Bahru District Police Headquarters.
In this integrated operation, MBIP enforcement officers have issued 01 Business Stop Notices (NHN) under the Trade, Business and Industrial Licensing Bylaws (Iskandar Puteri City Council) 2018 for carrying out music entertainment activities and taverns without an MBIP license.
A total of 02 pub premises have been subject to confiscation of various items such as 76 units of chairs and 19 units of tables and ordered to close immediately for operating beyond the permitted hours.
Actions like this will continue from time to time to ensure that business premises always comply with the law.
