THE FLOOD MITIGATION PROJECT IN JALAN MAKMUR TAMAN DAMAI JAYA AS A LONG-TERM APPROACH TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FLOODING

The Honorable Dato’ Haji Mohd Haffiz bin Ahmad, Mayor of MBIP together with Mr. Tambi Omar bin Latip, Councilor of the Jaya Comfort Zone, representatives of the MBIP department and representatives of technical agencies conducted a site visit at Jalan Makmur 22, Taman Damai Jaya.
This visit also involves consultants and contractors to review the latest work progress that has reached the final stage of project completion. The Council is very committed to improving the quality of drainage infrastructure and flood mitigation projects in the MBIP administrative area.
Hopefully this field trip session can solve the area's problems and the project can be submitted according to schedule in the face of North East Monsoon (MTL) preparedness.
