The Semarak Subuh Johor 2024 program started with congregational morning prayers led by Ustaz Borhan Bin Mohamad, Imam of Jamek Gelang Patah Mosque and was followed by prayers together with the congregation. The program continued with a tazkirah session delivered by Ustaz Mohd Zaini bin Mohd Salleh, Johor Bahru District Kadi.

The Most Honorable Dato' Onn Hafiz Bin Ghazi, Chief Minister of Johor; The Honorable Tuan Haji Mohd Fared Bin Haji Mohd Khalid, Chairman of the Islamic Religious Affairs Committee; The Honorable Dato' Mohd Jafni bin Md Shukor, Chairman of the Housing and Local Government Committee; The Honorable Tuan Ir. Ts. Mohamad Fazli Bin Mohamad Salleh, Chairman of the Public Works, Transport, Infrastructure and Communication Committee; The Honorable Tuan Aznan bin Tamin, Chairman of the Education and Information Committee; The Honorable Tuan Mohd Hairi bin Mad Shah, Chairman of the Youth and Sports, Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Committee; Tuan Haji Ahmad Nazir bin Haji Mohd Nasir, Johor Bahru District Officer; Tuan Haji Nasri bin Md Ali, Director of the Johor State Department of Islamic Religion; The Honorable Datuk Haji Pandak bin Haji Ahmad, Kota Iskandar Assemblyman; Tuan Haji Yusof bin Ahmad, MBIP Council Member Zone 13: Kota Iskandar together with Encik Shahrulizam bin Abdul Rashid, MBIP Deputy Secretary, MBIP officers and staff as well as members of the mosque congregation have joined together to promote this program.
