INVESTIGATION OF COMPLAINTS OF ABANDONED VEHICLES IN PUBLIC PLACES ISKANDAR PUTERI CITY COUNCIL ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT
AROUND THE MBIP ADMINISTRATIVE AREA
A complaint investigation action was carried out by the MBIP Enforcement Department around Taman Universiti, Taman Sri Skudai, Bandar Selesa Jaya, Taman Nusa Idaman and Taman Perling.
A total of 10 vehicles have been subject to Obstacle Transfer Notice for the offense of parking abandoned vehicles and traffic obstacles in public places under Act 133 of the Roads, Drains and Buildings Act 1974 and the Road Transport Act 1987.
Actions like this will continue from time to time.
