TRAFFIC BARRIER TOWING OPERATIONS IN PUBLIC PLACES AND BARRIERS IN TOWING ZONES BY THE ISKANDAR PUTERI CITY COUNCIL ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT
AROUND GELANG PATAH
A vehicle towing operation was carried out by the MBIP Enforcement Department on the shoulder of the road, Jalan Kangkung and at the Gelang Patah Bus and Taxi Terminal.
A total of 08 vehicles have been subject to immediate towing action for the offense of obstructing traffic in public places
under Act 133 of the Roads, Drains and Buildings Act 1974 and the Road Transport Act 1987.
All the vehicles were taken to Taman Damai Jaya Vehicle Storage Depot. Actions like this will continue from time to time.
