The international championship carnival involving the game “Drones Soccer” as well as the first show and conference on artificial intelligence and robotics in Malaysia is one of the large-scale international events that can encourage the exchange and sharing of research results, scientific applications and future technologies such as drones, robotics, aerospace technology and artificial intelligence promoted with basic collaboration from various stakeholders.

The program was officiated by YM Ungku Ahmad bin Ungku Haji Mohd Zakaria, Director of Community Development MBIP as the official representative of the Mayor of Iskandar Puteri City Council. Also present, Mr. Yong Chong Soon, President of the Malaysian Autonomous Intelligence and Robotics Association (MAIRA); Mr. Tan Jingheng, Chaiman of Taiwan UAV Talent Education Association, Mr. Xu Zigui, Professor of Taiwan Pingtung University of Science and Technology and Mr. Gong Zhiming, Professor of Taiwan Shih Chien University.

It is hoped that this technological sport will be made a center of excellence while also housing Iskandar Puteri and Johor especially as an annual tournament such as drone football, drone racing and robotics technology at the national and international level in the future.
