INVESTIGATION OF COMPLAINTS AND HIGH-RISK PREMISES BY THE ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT OF ISKANDAR PUTERI CITY COUNCIL (MBIP)
An operation to inspect high-risk premises (foreign-owned premises and nuisance complaints) was carried out by the Enforcement Officers of the Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP).In the ops, 03 premises were inspected and 01 foreign premises were ordered to close immediately for not having a license while another 02 premises were given a Notice and compound for not having a license. 01 compound for failing to comply with the conditions of the notice issued and 02 Notice of Stop Business (NHN) under the Trade, Business and Industrial Licensing Bylaws (Iskandar Puteri City Council) 2018
Operations and enforcement actions like this will always be done to ensure that business owners always comply with the law.
