The workshop, jointly organized by the Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) and Sireh Park, was successfully held and attracted participation from various groups. The workshop featured LAr Norhaliza binti Ahmad from The Nusajaya Natural Heritage Trust (Sireh Park), who provided a detailed explanation through both theory and practical fieldwork.

Also present were Mr. Mohamad Idzuan bin Jamal, Assistant Director of Landscaping at MBIP, and Puan Hajah Siti Aisah binti Ahmad, Head of the Public Park Management Unit at Hutan Bandar MBIP, along with teachers and students from SMK Skudai, SMK Mutiara Rini, and SMK Gelang Patah.

Through this workshop, participants were given the opportunity to engage in activities such as green waste composting and tree planting. These activities aimed to educate the community on the importance of sustainable green waste management, a crucial step in environmental conservation and fostering ecological awareness.
