The Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP), through its Psychology and Counseling Unit (UPK) in collaboration with Rakan Pembimbing Perkhidmatan Awam (AKRAB), conducted a meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program by visiting staff members and their families who are currently facing health challenges. The visits included Encik Nazri bin Md. Nor, who recently suffered a heart attack, and Encik Zaharusdi bin Muda, who is caring for his wife, who has partial body paralysis due to a stroke.

The aim of this CSR program was to provide moral and emotional support to the affected staff members while expressing the organization's compassion and concern. During the visit, AKRAB members not only offered words of encouragement but also sought to alleviate their burdens through the assistance provided. This program reflects the organization’s values of family spirit and solidarity, emphasizing the importance of extending help and being there to support one another.
