The Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) carried out an integrated operation with the Pasir Gudang City Council (MBPG) for revenue arrears in the redelineation area around Bandar Seri Alam. In this operation, the Last Reminder Notice of Property Tax Arrears was pasted/handed over to 15 house units (property owners) who failed to clear property tax arrears according to the set period. This action was taken in accordance with the provisions of Section 156, Local Government Act 1976 (Act 171).

In relation to that, property owners are advised to review and pay property tax to avoid legal action being taken. Checks and payments can be made on the MBIP property tax portal page (https://mycukai.mbip.gov.my/).
