The ceremony was started with the Mayor's Mandate by Ybhg. Tuan Haji Ahmad Nazir bin Haji Mohd Nasir, Mayor of MBIP who touched on important matters such as MBIP's achievements throughout the year, Economic Zone JS-SEZ initiative, Councilor KPI, Public Service Reform Agenda, preparations for the Year of Visiting Johor 2026, the main challenges public service, as well as Happy New Year 2025 and Happy Chinese New Year.

The ceremony continued with the reading of the Rukun Negara pledge & Official Secrets Act led by Mr. Azrullail bin Masijan, Director of Management Services, as well as the reading of the Pledge of Allegiance (Aku Janji) led by His Majesty Raja Abu Bakar bin Raja Yahya, Director of Enforcement.

The ceremony then continued with the presentation of prizes for the MBIP Occupational Safety and Health Day Celebration (Office and Store Category), as well as the announcement of the overall results of the MBIP Sports House Carnival 2024, before closing with the MBIP Corruption Free Pledge Program attended by Yang Berbahagia Dato Hj. Azmi bin Hj. Alias Johor State MACC Director.

The ceremony was also attended by Mr. Tambi Omar bin Latip, Secretary of the Council Member, Mr. Shahrulizam bin Abdul Rashid Timb. Mbip Secretary, Council Members and MBIP employees.
