Following YAB Menteri Besar Johor Dato Onn Hafiz Ghazi's announcement in the Johor 2025 budget last November regarding the Johor State Integrated Complaint System, I have presented the latest work on the development of the Integrated Complaint Center to YAB Menteri Besar Johor.
The State Government sees the development of an Integrated Complaint Center as an important initiative in increasing interaction between the people and the authorities.
This system aims to make it easier for the people to convey information, complaints, and suggestions to the State Government and Local Authorities in a more systematic and efficient manner.
This system is also the work of coordination & integration as well as the integration of cooperation between all existing systems involving all implementing parties.
The State Government is aware that complaints will always be there and to reach a perfect solution at once is not an easy matter.
The State Government will try to improve all matters in phases to ensure that the people's issues can be resolved.
