Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) held the 2025 Quality and Innovation Day Celebration, which was officiated by YBhg. Mr. Hj. Ahmad Nazir bin Hj. Mohd Nasir, Mayor of MBIP.
This program is an annual event that recognizes excellence and fosters an innovative and creative work culture to ensure services are delivered more efficiently and effectively. All groups participating in KIK are evaluated by a certified jury from the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC).
Also present were YM Ungku Suzana binti Ungku Mohammad, MBIP Secretary, Tuan Sheikh Hamadi bin Sheikh Abdul Hamid, Johor State Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Deputy Director, Mr. Zulkefly bin Songip, Johor State SIRIM Director, Mr. Tambi Omar bin Latip, Secretary MBIP Council Member, Mr. Shahrulizam bin Abdul Rashid, MBIP Deputy Secretary, Members of the MBIP Council as well as the winners of the 2025 Innovative and Creative Group Award (KIK).

Presentation of MS ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and MS ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Corruption Management System Certification by SIRIM QAS International Sdn. Bhd.
- Appreciation from MACC to MBIP for their commitment in integrity and corruption prevention.
- Presentation of Gold Awards to the Extraordinary Group (Licensing Department) and Revolution Infinity Group (Property Valuation & Management Department) in conjunction with the 49th International Convention on Quality Control Circles (ICQCC) 2024 in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
- Prize presentation of the Innovative and Creative Group Convention (KIK) MBIP Level 2025.

- Third Place - Velocity Group (Department of Public Health)
- Special Jury Award - Ace Star Group (Department of Information Technology)
