The Investigation Unit of the MBIP Enforcement Department has carried out court action notice operations around the MBIP administrative area.
A total of 06 business premises have been given notices of court action for the offense of not paying the compound payment that has been offered to business owners in the Skudai zone.
In addition, the issuance of court action notices was also implemented on 06 premises in the Iskandar Puteri zone for still failing to clear the compound that had been offered.
