GOTONG-ROYONG PROGRAM TO CLEAN THE ISLAMIC CEMETERY AREA

Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) in collaboration with Southern Volunteers and Puspanita MBIP held a Mutual Cooperation Program to Clean the Bukit Rodziah Islamic Cemetery Area, Taman Nusantara, Gelang Patah.
The program was also graced by the presence of Tuan Hj. Ahmad Nazir bin Hj. Mohd Nasir, Mayor of MBIP, and the Honorable Datuk Pandak bin Ahmad, Kota Iskandar assemblyman. Also present were YM Ungku Suzana binti Ungku Mohammad, MBIP Secretary, Mr. Shahrulizam bin Abdul Rashid, Deputy Secretary, Mrs. Hajah Sharifah Leila Zuraidah binti Hj. Syed Nordin, Chairman of Puspanita MBIP, members of the Council and employees of MBIP, as well as members of Southern Volunteers.
This program aims to ensure that the cemetery area is always clean, awake, and preserved as a sign of respect for those who have gone, as well as encouraging the spirit of togetherness and civic awareness among the community.
MBIP would like to thank all parties involved in making this program a success. Hopefully initiatives like this can continue for mutual benefit.
