DIALOGUE SESSION (TOWNHALL) WITH THE RESIDENTS OF KAMPUNG MAJU JAYA UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF ISKANDAR PUTERI CITY COUNCIL

The Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) held a dialogue session (townhall) with the residents of Kampung Maju Jaya to discuss various issues related to the development and well-being of the local residents.
This session was attended by Mrs. Lau Mei Yok, Councilor of Zone 15: Impian Emas, as well as PMgr. Sr. Ts. Dr. Tuan Haji Mohamed Ali bin Mohamed Abu Backer, Director of Valuation and Property Management Department. Also present was Mr. Sr. Zatul Amri bin Zanal, Assistant Director of Evaluation of the MBIP Evaluation Division, Mr. Mohamad Shafiq Affendy bin A. Latif, MBIP Environmental Health Officer, Tuan Haji Mohd Nurul Faiz bin Aman, Penghulu Mukim Tebrau, Encik Roslan bin Hj Hassan, Head of Kampung Maju Jaya and representative officers from SWCorp.
The session started with a presentation by PMgr. Sr. Ts. Dr. Tuan Haji Mohamed Ali bin Mohamed Abu Backer, Director of the Valuation and Property Management Department who provided a holistic explanation on the implementation of taxes in the area. The session continued with Mr. Sr. Zatul Amri bin Zanal, Assistant Director of Evaluation of the MBIP Evaluation Division who commented on the coordination of the list of values in the village area, followed by a briefing on the cleaning and environmental management of Kampung Maju Jaya by Encik Mohamad Shafiq Affendy bin A. Latif, MBIP Environmental Health Officer.
Residents were also given the opportunity to voice their opinions and questions in a question and answer session that took place openly and constructively.
Mbip expresses its deepest appreciation to all the residents of Kampung Maju Jaya for their active presence and involvement in this session. Hopefully this discussion can produce more effective actions for the well-being of the local community.
