REPORT OF THE LICENSING DEPARTMENT'S WORK VISIT TO THE JOHOR BAHRU CITY COUNCIL
March 25, 2025 | Johor BahruIskandar Puteri City Council Licensing Department (MBIP) had the opportunity to conduct a working visit to Johor Bahru City Council (MBJB). The main purpose of this visit is to strengthen relationships and share best practices in business license management.
The delegation had the opportunity to take a closer look at the modern licensing system used by MBJB, including an online system that facilitates license application and renewal. With this sharing session, it is hoped that it will have a positive impact in improving licensing services at MBIP.
Thank you to MBJB for the friendly welcome and sharing of very valuable knowledge.
Hopefully this collaboration can continue to strengthen joint efforts in simplifying licensing matters for the good of all!
