Talk Program "Power Up!" organized by the Iskandar Puteri City Council in collaboration with the Asia Leadership Academy, this is held with the aim of providing knowledge and motivation to Southern Volunteers Iskandar Puteri (SVIP) volunteers, who are often involved in humanitarian aid missions as well as mentally and emotionally challenging community programs.

This talk was delivered by Mr. Mohd Muzhaffar bin Ra'il, Principal of the Asia Leadership Academy and was attended by 150 Southern Volunteers Iskandar Puteri volunteers. He emphasized the concept of "Power Up!" as a process of increasing a person's energy, enthusiasm, and ability in achieving goals and overcoming challenges. Through this talk, participants were exposed to how to increase self-motivation, strengthen positive thinking and how to overcome obstacles with self-resilience.

Overall, the program has benefited the participants by increasing their awareness of the importance of mental and emotional well-being in volunteer work. The feedback received was very positive, and it is hoped that programs like this can continue to empower the role of volunteers in the community.
