Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) received a visit from the Pengerang Municipal Council -MPP delegation in a benchmark visit session led by Puan Khairatul Salwa binti Abd Jalil, Head of MPP Integrity Unit Department.
This visit aims to discuss and learn best practices related to integrity governance that have been implemented by MBIP, in addition to strengthening the relationship between the two parties based on the values of integrity and professionalism in service delivery.
The session started with a welcome speech by Haji Emrizal bin Abdul Rahman, Director of the MBIP Integrity Unit, before continuing with a presentation, information sharing session and a visit around the facility.
Hopefully this visit will be beneficial and become an effective platform in empowering the public service delivery system with integrity and competitiveness.
