A total of 22 trees have fallen due to bad weather such as heavy rain and strong winds in 19 different locations in the administrative area of Iskandar Puteri City Council. This situation has caused several main routes to be blocked as well as damage to public and private property.
The Cutting Unit (UTC) of the MBIP Landscape Department and the contractor have taken swift action to all the locations of the incident. The work of cleaning, cutting and removing fallen trees was carried out immediately. Cooperation is also established with related agencies such as Bomba, APM and TNB.
