The Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) through the Psychology and Counseling Unit (UPK) has carried out a benchmark visit to the Employees' Provident Fund Tower (EPF) and the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) on 14 and 15 July 2025.
This visit aims to obtain exposure and detailed information related to the implementation, organizational structure, operating procedures and design of counseling rooms implemented in both agencies. The sharing of best practices obtained is expected to be a reference in the planning and development of MBIP counseling rooms that are more systematic, professional and meet the psychological well-being needs of employees.
Mbip expresses its highest appreciation to EPF and PKNS for their willingness to accept this visit and the sharing of very useful knowledge. Hopefully this network of cooperation can be continued in order to strengthen psychological support efforts in the public service sector.
It is hoped that this visit will be a strong initial step in MBIP's efforts to provide a conducive, safe and friendly psychological support space for its employees.
