The Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) has organized a Flag Handover Ceremony in conjunction with the 2025 MBIP Level Jalur Gemilang Flying Campaign in an atmosphere full of patriotism. The organization of this event aims to fuel the celebration of the National Month, strengthen the appreciation of the meaning of independence and foster the spirit of love for the country among MBIP citizens and the local community. The ceremony was also completed with the gimmick of installing the Jalur Gemilang and the release of MBIP's Merdeka Adventure led by YBhg. Tuan Haji Hasrin Kamal bin Hashim, Mayor of MBIP with the leadership of MBIP.
The trip has held stops at three main locations, namely Sunway Big Box Hotel, Iskandar Investment Berhad - IIB and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Medini Iskandar Puteri as a symbol of the close cooperation between local authorities, the private sector and educational institutions in fueling the national spirit. MBIP calls on all citizens of Iskandar Puteri to fly the Jalur Gemilang together in their homes, business premises and offices throughout the month of August as a sign of unity, patriotism and support for the country's aspirations.
