This site visit was held to reassess the level of compliance with the conditions after the expiry of the two-week notice issued to the developer following the Termination Notice. In the discussion session, YBhg. The mayor of MBIP has instructed several technical departments involved to present the status and percentage of project progress for the purpose of confirming work completion.
The results of the visit found that the developer complied with most of the instructions including land work control, site safety and public roads. However, some aspects still need to be repaired immediately. Continuous monitoring will be carried out before the Rework Permission is approved. Also present were YB Datuk Pandak bin Ahmad (Kota Iskandar assemblyman), Mr. Mohd Akmal bin Melan (Zone 8 Council Member) as well as representatives of related departments and agencies.
