The Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) was evaluated online for the MiSHA Asia Excellence Award on OSH Prevention (OSHPoP) which was chaired by Yang Berbahagia Tuan Haji Ezahar bin Haji Abu Sairin, MBIP Secretary, and was also attended by Puan Nurulain Binti Rahmat, Director of Public Health, MBIP Officers and the secretariat.
This evaluation session was led by Mr. Mohd Ekhsan bin Noor Kamal and was also joined by the Malaysian Industrial Safety and Health Association (MiSHA) observation panel.
The evaluation carried out is aimed at evaluating the implementation and effectiveness of MBIP in environmental management which is practiced especially under the administrative area of MBIP.
Mbip's participation in this award reflects the continuous efforts and sincere commitment from MBIP together with the surrounding community in strengthening the friendly culture and environmental awareness emphasized by MBIP in dealing with issues related to the environment.
