The 2025 Johor State Administrative Assistant Day Assembly Program organized by CUEPACS Johor State together with ANULAE MBIP Branch has brought together a total of 625 Administrative Assistants from all over the state of Johor involving the participation of the Malaysian Administrative Assistants Association ( GAPETA ).
This program was inaugurated by Yang Berbahagia Tuan Haji Ab Razak bin Khalid, Secretary of the Human Resource Management Division, Johor State Government Secretary's Office. Also present were His Grace Dato’ Dr Haji Adnan bin Mat, President of CUEPACS Malaysia, Mr. Haji Ezahar bin Haji Sairin, Secretary of Iskandar Puteri City Council, Mr. Haji S. Syed Alwi bin Suleiman, Chairman of Johor State CUEPACS and Mr. Anuar bin Mamat as Chairman of the Association of Administrative Assistants ( GAPETA ).
With the theme of “Transformation of the Peak of Organizational Excellence, Together Driving Public Services”, the Administrative Assistant scheme provides an important role as the backbone of administration and is the individual who ensures that the organization's operations run in an orderly and efficient manner. They not only perform routine administrative work, but also become an important link between management, staff and customers. Their efficiency helps improve the professionalism and image of the organization.
Therefore, CUEPACS brought a proposal to the government of the Public Service Department (JPA) to increase the Administrative Assistant scheme to a more comfortable level.
