HAVE YOU PAID PROPERTY TAX?
Iskandar Puteri City Council is actively conducting a Break-Open Operation on vacant houses with high property tax arrears in selected areas. This operation refers to Detention Warrant F, Section 148 (3) of the Local Government Act 1976 (Act 171). A total of 20 staff from the Enforcement Department and the Valuation Department were together in this Break-Open Operation. In this regard, MBIP calls and advises all property owners to exercise their responsibility to settle tax payments promptly to avoid legal action being taken under Section 148, Local Government Act 1976 (Act 171).
