INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE STRATIFIED COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT APPRECIATION PROGRAM ON BEHALF OF DEVELOPERS, JOINT MANAGEMENT BODIES (JMB) AND MANAGEMENT CORPORATIONS (MC), ISKANDAR PUTERI CITY COUNCIL IN 2026

Pleased to be informed that the Iskandar Puteri City Council through the Building Commissioner Unit (COB) will organize a Stratified Community Management Appreciation Program on behalf of Developers, Joint Management Bodies (JMB) and Management Corporations (MC) for the first time to appreciate and recognize excellent management and administration among Developers, JMB and MC.
Accordingly, the Developers, JMB and MC under the administration of the Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) are invited to participate in the evaluation for this program which aims to:
- Increase the level of professionalism and efficiency in strata management
- Creating healthy competition towards improving service quality
- Recognize innovative and effective management efforts and initiatives.
