The Management Services Department is a department that develops Human Resource needs, provides support for Administrative services. The Management Services Department plays an important role in ensuring that all needs, services and facilities can be channeled to all departments under the Iskandar Puteri City Council effectively and efficiently to produce productivity, smooth work and achieve the targets that have been set.

Function
Coordinating and formulating the direction of human resource management including staffing and organizational development, staff services and facilities, training and counseling, HRMIS information systems and records.
Coordinating and formulating the direction of general administrative management including asset management, office supply management, office administrative affairs and the implementation of meetings and protocols.
