For the information of all developers, first term property tax payment in 2021, the Department of Finance encourages all developers to use the method of payment via "Electronic Funds Transfer" or "Fund Transfer" to Amislamic account (Account Number: 0072022111070).
The developer is required to submit a copy of the property tax account to be paid before payment is made and then submit a slip or proof of payment has been made to the Council account via email kewangan@mbip.gov.my
